Thank you so very very much for the care, love and work have put into my being and my body!  My friends all noticed during the holidays how much better I am since last year. I could do so much more for the holiday cooking and baking..... It was remarkable. And besides being able to do 3 times more I was also able to actually enjoy it and not be in tears with pain by the time dinner was on the  table and not be able to eat it!
